This was a long one... luckily, we start working our way down in mileage from here to the race. Only a few weeks to go.
We ran mostly around town with no incidents, though a few large hills. The weather wasn't horrible or super great. Really a lot of this, except the distance, were pretty average about this run.

I saw three women running this morning as I was driving to work. I slowed down and took a real good look. it wasn't you. you are awesome Marci.
As I jogged (can't really call what I was doing running) home from the gym yesterday, I was dying. I thought of all you girls running 12 miles and it made me even more tired. I'm going to blame it on my really tired legs from lifting right before.
