A First Time For Everything

He finally agreed to hold Wyatt. Henry came home from the hardware store with Caleb and we had this conversation-
H: Mom, where is Wyatt?
M: He is sleeping in his bed.
H: I want him out here. Go get him.
M: Ok, Mr. Bossy, Do you want to hold him?
H: YES! (30 seconds pass- just long enough for me to take a picture.)
H: Ok- I'm done. You take him now.
Then he heads off to play.

He really loves Wyatt, but usually just prefers to be doing this.Or taking full advantage of Dad being home a bit more, and doing whatever Dad is doing... like dancing in the kitchen.

Getting Settled

I probably shouldn't have told the boys that Wyatt can't see very far right now. They like to stay super close to him to make sure he knows they are there.

Presenting... Baby Boy Cardon #3

Monday (7/12) at 12:18pm we welcomed Wyatt Mosher Cardon to our family. After a speedy, but rough 4 hours of labor he came easily into the world. He has a long mop of reddish blonde hair, and the long fingers and feet that his brothers had. Mom and Wyatt have finally made it home and are glad to start getting settled.
Gavin has taken charge of holding Wyatt as much as possible. He is becoming a real pro, and seems to be ready to be our big helper. Henry still doesn't want to hold him, but he loves to be next to him talking and touching his hands and face.
Love having a summer baby... nothing better than tiny little bare feet.

Sparklers

Even if your mom was lame and didn't remember them for the 4th, luckily we live in Utah and have patriotic festivities to look forward to all month long.
